DMCA Policy

Angelo Lamonaca (sole proprietorship), operating as Neuramare respects the intellectual property rights of others, takes the protection of those rights seriously, and asks users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act applicable to Internet service providers (17 U.S.C. § 512, as amended).

If you have an intellectual-property complaint about material on the Service, contact our designated agent:

Notification of claimed infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right you own or control, send a written “Notification of Claimed Infringement” to our designated agent containing:

1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right being infringed;
2. a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of the material you claim is infringing and sufficient information to locate it on the Service (e.g. a URL or generation identifier);
4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law; and
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you receive a notification that material you posted was removed, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
4. your name, address, and telephone number; and
5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Angelo Lamonaca may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA unless the complainant files a court action within the time required by law.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith infringes third-party rights and, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or egregiously infringe. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

False notifications

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
