What does “no credits” actually mean?
You never buy a balance and nothing counts down while you create. Every plan is a flat price with a fair-use pace: a short cooldown between jobs and a small queue. The exact numbers are printed on every card and in the ledger above — pace, clip length and the 48-hour gallery window are the whole rulebook.
What happens when I hit the cooldown?
Generate simply locks with a live countdown and unlocks the moment it hits zero. Images and videos each have their own cooldown, so one never delays the other — and jobs you've already started keep rendering while you wait. Your plan's queue depth is how many jobs can be in flight at once.
Do unused images roll over?
There's nothing to roll over, because nothing is being counted down. The cadence just keeps resetting — generate all month, every month.
Which plans can generate video?
Pro Black and Enterprise — video belongs to the full-library tiers, at the cadence and clip length printed on their cards. Silver and Gold are image-only plans.
What is reference audio?
Enterprise only. Alongside your reference images you can attach up to 2 audio clips of up to 10 seconds each — a voice or a sound — and the model conditions the clip on them, so the video comes back speaking or sounding like your reference rather than an invented voice. You refer to each clip in the prompt by its tag, the same way you refer to reference images. Only use audio you own or have permission to use, and never to impersonate anyone.
How long do my generations stay in my gallery?
48 hours. Everything you generate is yours to download from the moment it finishes; after 48 hours it is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. Download the keepers — the gallery is a workbench, not an archive.
How does the 7-day Pro Black trial work?
New members only, one per account. $0 is charged when it starts; cancel any time before day 7 and you pay nothing. Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details never touch GenVista.
Can I switch or cancel?
Anytime, from the billing page. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled by Stripe and prorated automatically.
