Privacy Policy

Angelo Lamonaca (sole proprietorship), operating as Neuramare (“Neuramare,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use GenVista — our application, websites, and related services (collectively, our “Services”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of our Services (“Users,” “you,” and/or “your”) to provide the Services and to improve them. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Information we collect

We may collect information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information you provide to us

• Registration and profile information. When you sign up, request early access, or participate in surveys, we may collect your email address and other information you provide.
• Studio content. When you use the studio, we receive prompts, model selections, reference images, generated images and videos, and other materials you submit.
• Communications. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and any attachments. Third-party vendors may store communications on our behalf. When we send emails, we may track opens to improve the Services.
• Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

B. Information we collect when you use our Services

• Location information. We may infer general location from your IP address.
• Device information. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and similar technical data.
• Usage information. Pages viewed, features used, content generated, searches, interactions, and dates and times of visits.

C. Information we receive from third parties

If you link or sign in through a third-party service (e.g. an authentication provider), we may receive information such as your email address from that service.

How we use the information we collect

• provide, maintain, improve, and enhance our Services;
• personalize your experience, including recommendations;
• generate AI-assisted images, video, and related output from your prompts and inputs;
• communicate with you, including service updates, security alerts, and support;
• process transactions and subscriptions;
• find and prevent fraud, abuse, and trust-and-safety issues, including responding to reports of objectionable User Content;
• enforce our Terms of Service and comply with applicable laws;
• generate anonymized, aggregate data for lawful business purposes; and
• for other purposes for which we provide specific notice at collection.

How we disclose the information we collect

• Vendors and service providers. Hosting, authentication (e.g. Supabase), analytics, email, payments (e.g. Stripe), and GPU/AI infrastructure partners that process data on our behalf.
• User content.Your generations are private to your account. If we introduce sharing features, content you choose to make available to others may be viewable by other users; we are not responsible for other users' use of information you make available. Consider carefully what you share.
• As required by law. We may access, preserve, and disclose information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to comply with law enforcement requests, legal process, respond to your requests, or protect rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, disclosure may occur if you create objectionable content on or through the Services.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Consent. With your permission.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Data retention

Generated images and videos are stored for 48 hours from creation and are then automatically and permanently deleted from our servers, together with their gallery entries. Source images you upload (for example, a photo you animate) follow the same 48-hour window. Download anything you want to keep within that window. We retain other information (such as account, profile, and billing records) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices

You can update your profile information in your account settings. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the link in those emails. Administrative messages will still be sent. If you choose not to provide requested information, some features may not work.

Third parties

Our Services may contain links to or integrate third-party services we do not own or operate (for example, third-party model libraries such as CivitAI). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information using physical and electronic safeguards. However, no electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security or privacy of your information.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and no part of our Services is directed to children. If you learn that a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@genvista.green.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have rights to know, access, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact privacy@genvista.green to exercise your rights. We may verify your identity before responding.

International visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States (“U.S.”) and intended primarily for users in the United States. If you use the Services from the European Union, Switzerland, or other regions with different data laws, you may be transferring personal information to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may also transfer data to other countries to operate the Services. By providing information on or through the Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will post adjustments on this page. If we materially change how we use or disclose personal information previously collected, we will notify you through the Services, by email, or other communication.
