Community Guidelines

These guidelines establish what content is permissible on GenVista and form part of the Terms of Service. Breaches may lead to removal of content, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Key principle

You are responsible for everything you create with GenVista. Using AI tools does not diminish this accountability — content you generate, save, or share is yours to answer for.

Permitted content

• Original works you own or are fully authorized to create, including content generated with checkpoints and LoRAs whose license terms you respect
• Clearly fictional characters unrelated to real individuals
• Creative projects that respect copyright, privacy, and publicity rights
• Material suited for an 18+ creative platform

Prohibited content

The following is banned without exception:

• Any depiction of minors in sexual or suggestive contexts, real or generated — including characters presented as minors
• Sexual or intimate imagery of real people without their explicit consent, including the use of reference photos to that end
• Illegal material of any kind
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property
• Hate speech or content that promotes violence against people
• Deceptive content presented as authentic (e.g. fake documents)
• Platform abuse, including spam, ban evasion, and attempts to circumvent usage limits or content safeguards

AI-generated content standards

• Review your outputs before using or sharing them
• Do not upload other people's personal data or likeness (e.g. reference images) without their permission
• Do not use GenVista to build tools or workflows that sexualize real people
• Mature content is for adults and remains subject to these guidelines at all times — no account setting changes what these rules allow

Report violations to abuse@genvista.green. Copyright claims follow the DMCA Policy. For moderation disputes, contact support@genvista.green with your account details and information about the content in question.

We reserve discretion in enforcement and are under no obligation to monitor all content.
